PRESS RELEASE – JULY 27, 2025
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
AppProved Software Corporation (ASC) has today submitted devastating new evidence to
the 3rd Circuit Court in Wayne County, Michigan as part of TIDAL WAVE 3, targeting corrupt
federal actors who have unlawfully obstructed ASC’s Final Judgments and exclusive U.S.
Copyright enforcement rights.
TIDAL WAVE 3 exposes:
-
AUSA Thomas Kanwit’s unlawful concealment of communications and his hasty retirement
amid scrutiny.
-
Judge Allison D. Burroughs’ erratic and Constitutionally violative conduct, including denial
of ASC’s jury trial demand.
-
Judge David Deakin’s unlawful dismissal of ASC’s Massachusetts case after both Apple
India and Sunil Sing had defaulted.
The filing also includes:
-
-
A Judicial Notice detailing DOJ’s continued refusal to provide FOIA records regarding
Kanwit’s conspiratorial activities.
An Emergency Motion to Compel the Rule 69 disbursement currently being suppressed by
Judge Whitehead and the WDWA Clerk.
AppProved Software Corporation asserts its Article III Enforcement Authority and demands
the U.S. Treasury immediately disburse all uncontested Final Judgments owed to ASC.
This is a warning to all federal judges and clerks: obstruction of ministerial duties and
unlawful interference with judgment enforcement will be met with immediate Rule 69
motions for personal liability. The 3rd Circuit has assumed constitutional supremacy over
all U.S. District Courts.
ASC is resuming its novel Generative AI development and pledges allegiance to the U.S.
Constitution and the American people. All further suppression of ASC’s property or rights
will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of federal and international law.
