By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. We are offering you this app to use for your own personal or business use, but you should be aware that you cannot send it on to anyone else, and you’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to AppProved Software Corporation.

AppProved Software Corporation is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful, up to date with the latest “version of our App(s).. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
AppProved Software Corporation app(s) secures personal identifying information (PII) data that you have provided the to your government so that you can work, you and your family can live and transact business in your country. It’s your responsibility to keep your access credential secure in for app(s) provided by AppProved Software Corporation in that is the primary security door to your PII data. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that AppProved Software Corporation app(s) won’t work properly or at all.
You should be aware that there are certain things that AppProved Software Corporation will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app, such as connecting your installation of AppProved Software Corporation app(s) webservers to public and/or insecure local area networks will not be our responsibility. We urge you to use the webserver to access your documents containing yourr PII data for printing or transfer to a trusted computer. Data transfer of your PII data can only be done only over a secure Wi-Fi local area network.
Respect for intellectual labor and creativity is vital to commercial discourse and enterprise. This principle applies to works of all authors and publishers in all media. It encompasses respect for the right to acknowledgement, right to privacy, and right to determine the form, manner and terms of publication and distribution.
Because electronic information is volatile and easily reproduced, respect for the work and personal expression of others is especially critical in computer environments. Violations of authorial integrity, including plagiarism, invasion of privacy, unauthorized access, and trade secret and copyright violations, may be grounds for legal action.
Along the same lines, AppProved Software Corporation cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. If you are irresponsible by connecting the AppProved Software Corporation app(s) for example to a restaurant, store or bar lan, it would be possible for foreign or domestic hackers to gain access to you, your family, or customers PII data, AppProved Software Corporration will not take any responsibility for gross negilegence like that. While our staff will - of course - take all reasonable defensive coding to make sure nothing happens to your immigration PII data, we don’t accept liability for damage to it, unless it’s caused by any negligence or wilful misconduct by our staff. You also need to make sure that your device stays secure and never becomes jailbroken.
You should also remember that the app’s “electronic paper” version of Government documents are “not” recognized legal document today. The “electronic paper” documents are used to create clear, easily readable, scannable “paper” versions of documents which when signed are legally acceptable to government departments.
At some point we will to update the app to keep it current and provide ever increasing utility to our customers. The app is currently available on iOS you’ll need to download the iOS software updates if you want to keep using the app(s). AppProved Software Corporation does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the grossly old iOS version of that operating system that you have on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
