  1. Acceptance of Terms

  By downloading, installing, or using PitCrewAI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree,

   do not use the App.

  2. Subscription and Auto-Renewal

  PitCrewAI is available via an auto-renewing subscription:                                                        

  - Annual subscription: $19.99 USD per year                                                                       

  - Monthly subscription: $2.99 USD per month

  - Prices are in USD and may vary in other currencies. Apple displays your local-currency price on the paywall.   

  Free trial: New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. Your chosen subscription begins immediately at no       

  charge. If you do not cancel before the end of the 14-day trial, your Apple ID account will be charged the       

  subscription fee at the end of the trial.                                                                        

  Auto-renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase (or at the end of 

  the free trial). Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless canceled at

  least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 

  hours prior to the end of the current period.

  Managing and canceling: You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Apple ID account settings   

  after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription — cancel via iPhone Settings → [your name] →

  Subscriptions → PitCrewAI.                                                                                       

  Refunds: Subscription refunds are handled by Apple, not AppProved Software. Refund requests should be submitted  

  to Apple directly.

  3. Use of vehicle telemetry

  PitCrewAI reads data from your vehicle via the OBD-II port for informational purposes only. PitCrewAI is not a   

  substitute for a licensed mechanic's diagnosis or for the manufacturer's maintenance schedule. You use diagnostic

   recommendations at your own risk. When in doubt, consult a qualified technician.                                

  4. Crash detection disclaimer

  PitCrewAI's crash detection feature is a convenience, not an emergency service. It may not detect every          

  collision, may trigger false positives, and depends on your phone being powered, connected, and within range of

  your emergency contacts. Do not rely on PitCrewAI as a substitute for calling 911 or a professional emergency    

  response service.

  5. Intellectual property                                                                                         

  PitCrewAI and all associated content are the property of AppProved Software Corporation and are protected by     

  copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or

  reverse-engineer the App.                                                                                        

  6. Limitation of liability

  To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppProved Software Corporation is not liable for any indirect,           

  incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PitCrewAI, including but not limited to vehicle

  damage, missed maintenance, missed crash alerts, or loss of data.                                                

  7. Changes to Terms

  We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the

   revised Terms.

  8. Governing law

  These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate     

  courts.
