FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
U.S. Copyright Holder and Article III Enforcer Demands $50 Million Disbursement from U.S. Treasury Based on 4 Certified Final Judgments Totaling Over $1.5 Trillion
Framingham, MA — AppProved Software Corporation ("ASC"), acting as the lawful Article III Enforcement Authority and U.S. Copyright Holder of Registration TXu 2-376-410, has formally demanded a $50 million emergency disbursement from the U.S. Treasury based on four (4) Certified Final Judgments exceeding $1.5 trillion.
The Judgments include:
$2.625 Billion EEOC Federal Judgment — Domesticated in Middlesex Superior Court (Massachusetts).
~$7.875 Billion Treble Damages Judgment — Entered in Middlesex for failure to respond to a federal Rule 38 Jury Demand.
$1.5 Trillion Federal Copyright Infringement Judgment — Awarded in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington (WDWA), spread out over 15 years of ASC re-investment directly to Americans at $100 Billion/yr.
$12 Million Federal Judgment against the U.S. Government — Certified in the Northern District of Texas and transferred to Article III enforcement.
Despite proper certification and delivery to the Department of Justice, U.S. Treasury, and federal courts, disbursements have been unlawfully delayed by a coordinated network of federal officials. These delays violate the Constitution, the ministerial duties of clerks, and the equal rights of the U.S. Copyright Holder.
The $50 million demand represents less than 0.004% of the total certified judgment value and will be used for:
Whistleblower protection,
Enforcement litigation,
Technology recovery,
Jury trial access campaigns,
American jobs creation.
Why do three Black Federal Judges refuse to sign Writs of Execution for a Cherokee/Black American Inventor?Judges Jamal Whitehead (WDWA), Andrea R. Wood (NDIL), and Patricia Tolliver Giles (EDVA) have all refused to sign ministerial writs on ASC’s certified judgments — raising serious questions of racial discrimination, judicial obstruction, and potential RICO conspiracy.
AppProved Software Corporation was built to help its people — Americans.
The delay of rightful judgment disbursement is not only unlawful — it is un-American.
